We are based on Maui and service all parts of the island.

Once we drop off the balloons they are yours to keep! We are not responsible for clean up and break down for balloon only installations unless that was discussed prior to set up with us.

The double stuffing technique is when one balloon is put inside another to make a unique color. Doubling the product, which is the reason why custom colors are more expensive than standard colors. They are what make us stand out!

Most of our latex balloons are biodegradable.

Should you want to include a few different balloon installations and a bounce house rental we will work with you to make that happen.

Depending on the weather and if the piece is in direct sunlight or not, most of our installations will last 2-3 days after your event if kept out of direct sunlight. We use a long lasting spray to prolong the life of our balloons but this is not guaranteed and is different for every install.

Our set ups are unique to every event. Once we gather all the information needed (color, theme, desired look) we will create a vision board and mock up drawing for you. All our of our backdrop rentals are also easily customized to fit your theme.

Yes, customization is factored into our pricing. Pricing does vary by request.

We do have a set up and break down fee for all of our rentals + balloon decor. For balloon installations, this covers delivery and set up. For castle and other rentals, this covers, set up, delivery and cleaning.

We do not set up at events with a face painter. Face paint will permanently stain our inflatables. We cannot allow any guests inside the bubble house or bounce houses with face paint, glitter, colored hair spray, etc.
